Wafer glass product features:

Various thicknesses and sizes can be customized with tight thickness and dimensional tolerances

Materials: Corning, quartz glass, B270, D263T, AF32, BK-7

Standard thickness: 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm (thickness tolerance±0.02mm)

Standard sizes: Φ4", Φ6", Φ8", Φ12" (other sizes can be customized)

Surface roughness (Ra) < 1.5nm

Parallelism< 0.01mm

Each edge is blunt C0.05~0.2mm

TTV/flatness <0.005

Bow/warpage <0.01

Warp/flex <0.01

Tear < 0.2mm, no internal fissure

The surface is clean, there must be no marks and stains, packed under the clean workbench, packed in a special box.
